Terms and Conditions

Policies 

A deposit is required for all treatments of 2 hours or more.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your treatment, as our appointment schedule needs to be adhered to for the courtesy of all our clients. 

Cancellation

Clients who wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge of 50%.

Courses

In order to achieve optimum effectiveness, all facial courses must be completed within six weeks & all courses of body treatments within three weeks. All courses are non-refundable.

Data Security

All personal information taken during consultations is strictly confidential. 

Lash Extensions & Brow Tints 

Please note all new clientele to Venus Inspired who wish to have lash extensions, lash or brow tints, must have a patch test 24 hours prior to treatment.

Self Tans

Loose clothing is recommended as staining may occur.

Smoking

Everybody knows it – we have to abide by the rules and say it – There is a strict no smoking policy throughout the premises.

Valuables

Jewellery must be removed during treatments and will be stored safely, but we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Animal Testing

All our retail products are not tested on animals. There parent companies neither contribute toward or support animal testing

Online Purchase

Venus Inspired hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receicpt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
 
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Venus Inspired as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
